Our roof was installed about six years ago. The installation was professional and quick. My rating is more based on the quality of the warranty. They did the annual inspection and did necessary touch ups. We had a problem with leaking from the duct work that was also coated by the company. They determined that it was damaged by hail and helped us with our insurance claim including meeting with the adjuster. They then repaired the damage quickly and below the adjuster estimate.

It's been almost 4 years since we went with the white silicon roof, and we could not be more pleased! It is MUCH easier to keep the house cool in the summer. No lie...the garage is easily 15 degrees cooler than when we had a tar roof. And the beauty of this type of roof is, it is easy to see any budding potential leaks, and fix it...all you need is a caulk gun. So while it might cost more upfront than a tar and gravel roof, I suspect you WILL save money in the long run. You also get the Fix My Roof guys out checking your roof yearly, for 10 years. Well worth the money. With a state wide presence, I suspect these guys will be around for a long time. I hope so, because I'm not going back to conventional roofing.

We have had roofs on two houses done by Fix My Roof and have nothing to say but good things about them. The annual inspections give a lot of peace of mind. One house was just sold, and having had the roof redone by Fix My Roof really helped sell the house!
