Went here yesterday to pick up my prescription. No one was on the pick up side so I went to the drop off since I saw some people there. I went to the counter to asked if this is where I need to pick up. The pharmacist there named Catherine was extremely rude and said with an attitude “I’ll be right over there give me a minute please.” When she finally came to the pick up side, I walked up and she didn’t say anything and I asked her if she needed my last name since that’s what they’ll ask for but she had me standing there looking ridiculous and proceeded with the transaction. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. YOU GUYS NEED NEW PEOPLE!!

One hour and 17min and still waiting for someone to pick up the phone at the pharmacy! Absolutely Unacceptable! Drove by and there are at least 80 people in line. I just want to make sure script is filled so I can pick up but over an hr on hold is not acceptable ever! ZERO STARS is what this pharmacy deserves!

I went in to pick up a couple items , and while searching the aisle the Secruity guard followed me ever step and even when I moved because I was uncomfortable ,he moved to the corner I was in poking his head staring directly at me I asked do you think I’m stealing he replied “yes “ I moved continue to shop then when I went to check out he continued to watch me as I was checking out the were many ppl there I was a person of color and so was he and he profiled me i definitely will not shop here ever again

Pharmacy started out good but the last year the service has gone down. Poor customer services, rude and god forbid you have a question all you get is an attitude. Very lazy staff at times they refuse to call your doctor or clinic to help clear prescriptions. They don't even answer the phone anymore. I could see this CVS closing down soon such a shame.
