The location of this well run hotel is great! The hotel is well run shown by the maintenance and cleanliness throughout the hotel.nThe staff is well-trained and very professional. There was lots of courtesy by the staff, making our stay a VERY nice stay!nThank you!

HinI am a Retired Veteran and a cyclist. Since 2015, every time I have the opportunity to travel to NY for Sep 11 Ceremonies I stayed at this hotel because of its location an easy access to GWB. Like previous years I meet on Sep 11 with family members and friends in the NJ side memorial to do a short bike ride across the river to the WTC memorial to Honor the Fallen Heroes and in Memory of the Victims of the attacks. Every time I come to the hotel I bring my road bicycle into the room without any issues. Around 5:00 PM, 11 Sep 2020, after completed the bike ride, returned to the Hotel and on my way to the room the front desk employee told me that a manager who was not present, told her that I was not allowed to take the bicycle into the room, and that I could secure the bicycle outside the hotel. I told her that I was not willing to leave a $5000 bicycle secure with a chain outside the hotel and that I was surprised about the request as it was not the first time I stayed at the hotel with a bicycle. The front desk employee then told me I could storage the bicycle inside their supply storage area outside the hotel. After securing the bicycle and returned to the room find out housekeeping didn't clean the room. I had to walk to the laundry to get clean towels. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. Not sure what happened, why now the bicycle was an issue. Very disappointed.

Love this place.. Had the king room with balcony facing the Hudson. Peaceful, room was immaculate and clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge. Conveniently located near everything you can think of. Little gem for a quick get away.

This is what a 2-star hotel, Comfort Inn, or any Choice Hotel should be. It was clean, the room was spacious, and the customer service we received from the desk agent Pablo was impeccable! We also had a great view of the Hudson and The City from our room....it will be on our short list next time we return to the NYC area.

Watching the sun rise was great! I can only imagine how it lights up on Independence Day! The junior suite was spacious enough for 2 and was modern and clean. Reception quick and courteous. Parking available in the back. Nice walk along the river. Free hot breakfast. Many nearby mini mall plazas offering shopping and dining. It's best to drive everything pretty much closes in NJ at 2AM.
