It is what it is... and they do not sell alcohol. Location is good. Self service NEVER working properly.

We use this pharmacy for about two years now, and there has not been a single refill of medications without a problem. Fail rate is literally 100%. Either wrong amount, not in stock, get a call that it is ready for pick up but then not there, don't even mention delivery. Not a single delivery has gotten to us without days and days of calling them and following up. It's not related to any COVID surge, they had these issues well before COVID already

Don’t use this cvs for a pharmacy, there is always some kind of issue whenever I pick up prescriptions. Usually they have only one out of few filled and I have to sit and wait every time. They are a total mess and a pain to deal with

I just was in the West End store at 70th in NYC. There was a young staff woman who was not wearing a mask and talking loudly on her phone. She was not at all careful or cognizant of the need to practice social distancing. I was sorely disappointed.

Many items are locked and require assistance to access them. The sales associate was overrun at the register so I had to wait for a long time to get help. After nearly ten minutes the very inconsiderate woman on speakerphone in the same aisle as me revealed herself to be a manager and finally let me get the only item I needed. I go out of my way to avoid this location.
