Rite Aid

The pharmacy staff does not seem to know how to acknowledge customers, both those that are wtg to be serviced and those at the various counters. I've been standing at the counter with no assistance and no acknowledgement for quite some time. and apparently it's not just the pharmacy area it's the entire store.

Having my prescriptions sent here.. the pharmacist took her time to explain what was going on and kept in touch with me when it was ready. Really do appreciate her for working in these conditions.. I appreciate everyone working pharmacy! Stay safe!

Love shopping here. Prices are always GOOD. Neighborhood store with almost everything I want to purchase.

Horrible horrible horrible!nI’ve been calling the pharmacy all morning. Nobody is answering. I have a compromised immune system and on 4/7/2020 I was forced to go to the store in person because no one answered the phone. Only to find out I couldn’t even pick up my meds I wasted a mask and a pair of gloves. And what’s worst I still can’t get in touch with them.
