Darnell is quite simply, the tops. I’ve never had a bad experience here with the people that work there, so not sure what other people are talking about. Everyone is respectful and says hi and one kid working the register wished me a belated happy birthday after he had to check my license for cold medicine.

They are busy, but hard working and the staff is nice and doing the best they can! Pharmacy tech Kai was especially gracious and patient with me

The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. Every time I visit or call they make it clear I’m inconveniencing them & they’re eager to get me out of the way. Customer service is literally your job. Do it better.nnI’ve switched to the Amsterdam location and they have already proven to be much better.

Best staff i ever seen @ any CVS, Duane Reade, Rite Aid or Walgreens. This is how it should be done
