LOVE THIS CVS ITS MY FAVORITE ONE !

As our favorite mom and pop pharmacy closed about 3 years ago, we’ve been using this place due to its convenient location. We have monthly prescriptions arriving to them and we are fully covered by private insurance that has been constantly reported to this pharmacy. There was not one month when they didn’t mess something up. Their pharmacy staff has a very hard time navigating different types of insurance cards on file, their automated call system is terrible, they do not ever call to let you know if the meds are out of stock. A few of the pharmacy cashiers are really really nice and sympathetic, but most of them are just simply rude and treat all customers as if they were done a favor. Very sad indeed.

Rude, inefficient, nasty staff. Not coming here again

What could have been resolved with simply paying attention would have saved me hours of trouble. The person at the consultation window told me he “didn’t receive” the Rx request from my doctor’s office. He also expected me to take that information without any of his insight or suggestion on what to do and proceeded to call the next customer. Fast forward to 6 hours later, the initial request had already started processing the moment it was sent in addition to the other three requests my doctor had to send over due to him claiming he never received anything and my information isn’t on record. Had he not been rude, matter-of-fact, dismissive, and taken my insurance card and entered in my information properly, a long day could’ve been a 30 minute trip to the pharmacy. But I guess being at work and doing your job are two different things.
