I was impressed from first contact. Steve Gibson presented the bid in person and was very thorough in explaining their process. Completely different than the other bids I got. He patiently answered questions and offered solutions and suggestions. His crew was friendly and I could tell they enjoyed working together which to me says a lot about the company they work for. They left the job site clean as a whistle. There was one problem that came up after they were done and Steve had someone there the next day to take care of it. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

Steve was very meticulous in his estimate and pointed out additional items that needed attention. The bid was the best price and for the best materials that other contractors had offered. The job was done when he scheduled it and there was no mess left over. If I need another roof job, I will not bother with the time spent on getting other bids. When speaking with him, it does not feel like you are talking to a salesperson, but rather someone who wants to do the job right the first time. The warranty is great and if it is ever needed, I have no doubt it will be handled just as well as the original job
