Vitto showed up when he originally promised, stuck to his schedule despite his saw breaking - and made our house look great. I appreciated his ideas on how to make the home look better. Some things were rushed (the hole for the security light, some paint spots missed under the gutter) that we noticed later on but overall for the price, speed, and ease to work with - he can't be beat.

A company of hard workers that get the job done with great precision and attention to detail. If you just take a look at some of the houses they have finished you will see how beautiful their work is and how good they are at it.

Our house needed 16 new windows, new siding, and paint. From start to finish, our 3300 square foot (siding that is) home took 1 month & 3 days to complete. We reviewed many quotes for this work. Vito Ponomarev's bid was the best price. But equally important if not more so, during the walk around for the bid, it was obvious that Vito had expert knowledge of exactly what needed to be done, including repairs. The scope of work was very labor intensive. Vito's crew did a fine job installing Milgard windows and Hardie plank siding. The painter did a superior job. I wanted a cedar strip ceiling on our front porch. Vito presented 2 options, I chose, and it looks beautiful. During the project, Vito was always available in person or by phone. We had 3 walk arounds during the project to discuss details & inspect work. Vito provided excellent suggestions to solve the quirky problems the home presented. At the close of the project, the complete clean-up included windows inside and outside! Vito's integrity and personal touch has made this experience an excellent memory. We are so proud of our home's new look and we are grateful for the excellent job done by Vitan Construction.
