Being charged for “evidence” of smoking in room. I spoke to Manager and asked her to pull up security video which would show me smoking OUTSIDE not once but twice! She refused to show me and then went on to say she has many customers who pay more. BW just lost a repeat customer not of just this location but all locations

Great place as far as quite and extremely clean.. Non Smoking Hotel which I had no idea until I already booked room. I thought that they had both smoking n non smoking rooms, oh well the guy that worked over night was extremely friendly and also very helpful and even cute too.lol over all for the price the room was sooo worth it .
