Courtyard by Marriott Paramus

I appreciated the fact that this hotel takes all the safety precautions required to keep everyone safe. The front desk staff were all very warm & welcoming making check-in quick & easy. The room was very clean & comfortable. I would highly suggest staying here for a nice private getaway.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Super convenient location too!!

I will say first that I did not actually stay here. I have stayed at plenty of Marriotts though and never had an issue. Long story short I had booked a [nonrefundable] stay here impulsively as I was going through mental and emotional issues. I booked through Expedia as well and I didn’t even book the dates I intended, I was not in the write head space. Expedia worked for several days with Marriott Paramus and got me a cancellation and full refund. I am grateful for the human kindness of all involved.

Poor overall travel experience. Nothing was at all smooth or without issue, and even my most basic interactions with staff were met with confrontation. Poor representation of an otherwise stellar brand.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We will return. The staff is always helpful and willing to find answers right away.
