Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

I stood here for 2 nights. I absolutely loved the spacious room and outside view. Super convenient location, a few minutes away from NY. The reason they did not receive a 5 star is because although the entire room was neat and clean, all the bathroom towels were stained. Luckily, I found a friendly housekeeper right outside my room and she provided me with cleaner towels. She explained that it is not their fault that the towels were dirty, the laundry services are to blame.nI say get a better laundry service. The hotel is far too beautiful to provide unacceptable towels.nI will definitely be returning.

The Hotel was nice overall, just needs more cleaning. There was a box of Condoms left in the kitchen drawer. Which was disturbing, but House Keeping came to the room and got rid of it.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and it was really the best Homewood Suites we stayed at. The room was spacious, the view was nice, bathroom is really clean, everytbing is neat, it’s near New York (accessible by bus) it’s just far from the groceries & malls & restaurants, the service was excellent, and the food was amazing! We stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience with the staff, room .nand service. Rooms are very clean felt like at home. Highly recommended for everyone!!!will definitely be back soon!

I'm a traveling therapist. I've been traveling for about seven years and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. My experience here was the best I've ever has. the staff was awesome. Everyone does everything they can to take care of you. From breakfast to the middle of the night snacks this place is the absolute best. there is a huge gates area for dogs to run as well. Rooms are well worth it and the views are great. Couldn't be happier. I came during covid times I can only imagine how great this place is when events and alochol is available haha
