Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

The Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe is a very nice hotel. Service is friendly and super accommodating. The fact that they had to enforce Covid-19 restrictions did not take away from their usual standards. I felt safe and well taken care of. Definitely a place for the whole family, and for any occasion. I look forward to go back to this hotel in the near future!

First room we checked into had mold in the shower. When I complained I was offered a different room. That bathroom had hair in the shower doors and mold in parts of the shower doors. The housekeeping manager claimed she cleaned the shower yet failed to remove hairs from the shower. If the manager doesn’t know proper cleaning procedures and standards, she cannot ensure they bathrooms are up to standard. Traveled with my 3 young children and the experience added unnecessary stress. Would be nice if I could upload the video and pictures of the mold in the showers as well as hairs from a bathroom no properly cleaned during the pandemic. I booked through Orbitz and could not be refunded. We stayed but again cleanliness of the bathrooms should be revisited. I expect more of a Marriott hotel.

Great food. Great meetings and banquets

Great room and friendly check-in. Front desk comped us free breakfast and the quality of good and service was impressive .

Room was clean, I still wiped down and sprayed everything. To mean it felt like there was no privacy with the bed being so close to the door especially with that big gap under the door. Fell asleep fine until around 3 we was woke up to loud laughter and music. Door constantly being slammed next door. For some reason we was a adjoined room, why idk. But the people next door kept trying to open our door. Missed continental breakfast at 7 of course!!!! We just checked out early, leaving front desk agent was not giving no eye contact and was rude. Would we be back, no thank you..........
