State Hotel

This place is terribly managed and the owners try to take advantage of people that rent their room on a weekly basis. Hackensack municipality has condemn this place and considers it to be in violation of boarding and housing regulations statues. If you ask the owners about the violations the town inspectors have issued to this place for not being compliant with housing laws they will lie. Additionally, this place is a filth there’s no House maintenance or cleaning of any kind. Furthermore, the owners will not give you back your security deposit. This place is owned and managed by a family of Middle Eastern descent. What’s strange about these people is they tell you they’re not the owners of the place and that it’s owned by someone else. The reason they do this is to stop you from complaining to them directly and point the finger at some fictitious owner that is responsible but never them.
