Crowne Plaza Englewood

Love this hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great quick getaway from the nyc street lights and noise. The front desk is always so helpful and polite. Will keep coming back.

I had a last minute booking due to an emergency & I wanted to say thank you to the front desk for being so unbelievably pleasant & understanding. This surely made check-in so easy. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The area is also very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Good place to stay very happy with room size the customer service could have been better it was my second time here The first time was amazing the front desk staff was great the second time not so much.nnWe asked to switch rooms because we had a room that the adjoining door wouldn't lock so the front desk girl gave us a room that had a leak on the ceiling we told the front desk but the girl didn't make any notes also she didn't greet us properly we had to ask her and called down about what was available and not available she only told us the pool was closed and when we checked out we noticed that there were no notes indicating the leak because the front desk girl at that time took notes of it properlynnBut the hotel isn't bad just that day that associate wasn't on her job at all
