CVS

I was there today and I purchased a few things. I was with my friend who has a CVS card, so I got some extra discount. I got a heating pad, ( CVS brand) I went home I opened the box and I wanted to try it. It didn't work. So I went back, I wanted to have an even exchange. A young girl she said she need to return it first and I have to re buy it. I worked at retail before Macy's, Zales you can do an even exchange under one transaction the reason why because the customer don't loose any discount. So she returned the item. Now when she rings up the item she asked for the CVS card witch was my friend card and my friend wasn't there so I can't get the discount. I left the store without buying it. Now if they train their employees better, they wouldn't loose a sale, specially in this difficult time (COVID 19)

Pharmacy employees very rude. Horrible service first and last time. Just went there cause my prescription got transferred to their store. Call the manufacture company that made the item I got. They told me that the monitor I got was remove from shelves a year ago cause it has a recall. So I guess their stuff are old on the shelves.

The pharmacist was very helpful. However, when making the appointment they said test results would be available in 2-4 days. Then when we got there they said 3-5 days. Now it has been 5 days and no results. When you call the phone number they now say it can 5-7 days!

Takes forever to get tested and you have to answer all the information that was input previously online..few times....very slow process.... like extremely slow.....

Just called to ask if I can make a medication or prescription transfer. Answered the phone in a horrible mood and hanged up on me. It sounded like if she was yelling at me and didn’t even give me her name. The other cvs are better, but this location is not.
