This is my favorite location in the area. I've been coming here since I was a kid. The parking lot needs to be repaved lol. But besides that, what I need is usually in stock and the cashiers are always very nice.

Very rude! I called asking about a product and not only was the woman rude she placed me on hold and never returned. I called today and in these difficult times we don’t need those kinds of treatment. We are ALL going through it and having good customer service is ESSENTIAL to customer relations. No professionalism at all

I’ve lived in Hackensack for 20 years and this pharmacy has never failed to fail us as a family. They tell us that our prescription is ready yet when we show up we still have to wait 15 to half an hour each and every single time. The staff never knows your name doesn’t understand how you spell your name makes mistakes with filling prescriptions and generally overall absolutely horrible.

It takes a long time to speak with someone. They won't text you if prescription is ready. On hold for over 6 mins.

WE have always been told by Cambridge Arms apartments super and tenants that’s its ok to park our vehicles across the street in CVS. We are allowed to use the cvs parking lot as our guest parking lot. Thanks CVS
