CVS

I've gone to this cvs countless times. A LOTnthe only thing I like about this store is the skinny lady with short hair that works there. She is super super kind and very enthusiastic and very helpful. She always apologizes for any duration of waiting in line, even if it's for a minute or less and she thanks the customers for their time. It's really appreciated. The other workers are older and really only know how to scan items, not much else. and there's usually MAX 2 registers open, so I always have to wait a while. especially if the only cashier working is an old lady who takes much longer. I just came back from trying to drop off a ups package and I always get my packages scanned so i can have a receipt just in case anything happens. the only old lady working there said she didn't have the scanner and i was like what? how can you not have the scanner? there's a ton of UPS boxes on the shelf, does that mean none of them have been scanned? so i basically waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing, with a heavy box, never a pleasant experience except for that younger lady. i love her

I'm sure no one graduates pharmacy school with intentions of becoming a nasty customer service agent. But working for a gigantic company that puts profits before customer service will eventually turn the most ideological person into a cynic in time. When I moved into this neighborhood, I thought I would give CVS Pharmacy another try, but nothing has changed. I'm convinced that CVS does not hire nasty people. They just turn them this way. Today, I waited 15 minutes on hold and was told that they were busy because of flu shots. Are you kidding me? On Monday afternoon at 4 p.m.? Can you imagine trying to call this place on a Saturday afternoon? I'm taking my business back to Shoprite Pharmacy.

Bad pharmacy experience.nDon't go this place for the flu shot. I made an appointment in advanced, but when I arrived, the technician said they were out of the flu shots. I waited about 20 minutes in the line, and I argued what is the point of making an appointment? After I strongly argued, they checked us in. They were lying because they were busy with other customers. I could've just waste my time and return to my home IF I DIDN'T ARGUE.

Good when I have reward points & for certain sale items. Need larger selection of diet soda, paper products, yogurt & creamers.

One eye drop for 199.19$. I have no choice . I have to pay because my eye very pain. Where I can get it cheaper.
