CVS

I’ve been more than 15 minutes on the phone, training to get an update of my aunt’s medicine, and a guy answered the phone and let me on hold showing a poor customer service. I’m still waiting and no one answer the phone

This review is for the pharmacy section only. Came here several times to resolve an issue with some missing medication and they were so kind to reach out to my doctor and insurance several times. Great staff , the pharm techs are very helpful. Thank you! Will be coming here again.

I'm a long time customer of CVS. The manager (dont remember her name but she looked Indian) was rude and lied that the restroom is not working while the other member of the staff said it's working but only the nanager can open it. To be honest 1st time in my life I had that experience in CVS.

It's nice they have self checkout.
