Hyatt Place New York/Yonkers

So we stood here over a week and when we checked out we were rushing left a big amount cash behind in my son’s draw that he had saved to open his 1st bank account when we got home and notice we called and the front desk was very nice trying to find answers how ever Dylan the house keeping supervisor never got back to me I had to keep calling and leaving messages to 2days later I ask for a manager and she finally get him to call me and tells me no one found anything so sad the in responsibility how he even told me he saw my message but yet did not care to return my call and it was a large amount my ? Did he take it or housekeeping but he said no one did and had no interest in helping mind u I stood there with my kids for 9 days and had my own cleaning stuff and always had to do my cleaning didn’t even get clean sheets offered

Soooo, where do I begin? Our 1st time staying here was during the aftermath of Isiais' Wrath and there was a lot of confusion due to the increase in families needing a place to stay. BUT THIS TIME when we stayed here, IT WAS AMAZING!!! Jason made certain our room was ready early, and the staff ensured us that everything was perfect and running smoothly as normalcy began to seep back in. KEVIN the housekeeping gentleman was OUTSTANDING! His energy is refreshing!!! We live in Virginia and travel to NYC often and we will ALWAYS choose to stay here!!!!

Good location next to malls and retails. The receptionist is friendly & helpful.nThey charged us 20$ extra for early check innNo housekeeping because of covidnIn a room for 2 there arent enough shampoo. Shower gel is a SOAP. The bathroom is nit as clean. Hair leftovers from previous guests.nRoom has no smell.nOverpriced hotel but was convenient to my stay as a location i had no other choice

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of restaurants very close. Is in the middle of a very large mall complex. Parking shared with mall. Smaller rooms but comfortable beds.

I was only here for a focus group but it's a very nice hotel. Signage from the outside could be better because I didn't see it right away from where I entered (it's in the Cross County Mall). Elegant looking lobby with friendly and polite staff.
