Excellent customer service and expertise. Fusion is organized, professional, efficient with excellent communication. I've had several bikes serviced in the past 2 months including a new power meter and bottom bracket installed on my Tarmac SL6. I'm a new customer yet they treat me like I've been coming here for years.
Very nice to do business with. Did a great job on my 42 year old road bike. Just brought 2 mountain bikes for tune ups. The tune ups on the mountain bikes were great. They look and ride like they are brand new. Thank you.

Easily the best and most professional bike shop I've been to in northern NJ. Staff is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me out with many last minute jams(flats,tune ups, etc) and the price was very convenient
