Hampton Inn & Suites Mahwah

We were in desperate need of some relaxation and positive vibes over the holiday weekend (aren't we all). Then came along Matthew the Magnificent! He was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and a beacon of quality customer service. Our room was clean, fresh and more than what we expected. I slept like a baby!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in.nThis is the best among the best hoteliers.nCostumer service is absolute best, they have the most amazing excellent and freindly staff. the service is outstanding. they treat their costumers as their family. the staff will go out of their way to help you all the time.nthe rooms are big, very clean, comfortable beds, very quiet place. this place is worth every penny. highly recommended to everyone. I just love to stay at this hotel.

Very disappointing. I understand having limited services but charging regular price for no pool or fitness center is just horrible. And then the breakfast... more like snack sack. Couldn't even splurge for name brand water?? Price could have been reduced for limited amenities and lack of breakfast. Would be negative stars if possible.
