Marriott Park Ridge

Had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. First let me say that the customer service was great. The front desk was wonderful and attentive. All the hand sanitizing stations were full and everyone was wearing a mask. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, there was blood spots on the comforter when we moved it to sleep. Additionally, there was a dead roach just hanging out in the bathroom. We stayed the night and left the next morning without even showering. This hotel has a nice ambiance, but blood and roach were a turnoff for us.

It supposed to be my favorite hotel ever - beautiful grounds, stunning view from my room, spacious balcony, very peaceful environment.nBut it's a little bit sad - that everything in hotel is closed - no pools, no breakfast, no cafe. And nothing around here and when you come from NYC, like me, by train you are stuck in the middle of the nowhere.

Naomi and the other nice Front woman during the day made the stay with my gf great even though we had a four legged little furry ud83dudc01 in our room. They were top notch professional

Compassionate front staff who were extra special during my gf stay. Extraordinary when I came back again with my daughter during a very sad ordeal. Thank you to all especially Naomi you’re a sweetheart.

All hand sanitizer stations in the hotel were empty. Pillow in room was dirty. Sliding glass door did not lock. Mini fridge was broken. Employee walking in hallway without mask on. Not a good experience, especially while traveling during COVID.nAnd they charge $12 a day for WIFI....
