Holiday Inn Express Ramsey-Mahwah

Hotel was clean and in order as it should be. Hotel is charging full price and not serving any hot food for breakfast as all Holiday inn express's do. Yes even during covid they have made adjustments such as putting hot food in individual containers. So only 3 stars for this place.

No hot breakfast and still charge full price. Management is not the best... and then they throw you out in the middle of the night just because you didn't have shoes on and you've been that way for the last seven days and there's no signs up about wearing anything in the building but this is how they want to be. Probably a good thing they don't have a swimming pool here either because you would be yelled at and all of your kids would be yelled at for running around with no shoes on as well. Definitely not American owned business....

Rooms are nicely refreshed and the staff is warm and friendly.

Great hotel, great breakfast choices, ver clean rooms, we got it at a higher price. Maybe if they give us a good deal we will go back for sure. However staff are friendly.
