Residence Inn by Marriott Saddle River

A little dated and desperately needs an upgrade. Facilities are nice and staff is very helpful. Close to a lot of creature comforts especially if you're going to be away from home for a while

Loud neighbor, dogs barking non stop. Couldn’t sleep peacefully. Hotel didn’t seem to care when I mentioned it. Won’t be going back. Location was convenient though.

Definitely an older building, could use an update, AC compressor is excessively loud at night when it runs, decor is dated, TVs are small.nnHowever, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the facilities are clean, the bed is comfortable and everything is typical Marriott Residence experience.

I've been going to the Marriott The residence inn in Saddle River NJ for many years, as much as I loved this place all this year's because of the warm welcoming and the warm atmosphere and the homey style hotel, but this year with thencovid-19 and everything I was kinda skeptical and nervous of going but I decided to give it a try, I have to say that I was so shocked and surprised that even with all the restrictions and guidelines due to the covid the staff and the whole administration still welcomed you so nicely and made sure that every single guest is feeling like right at home, I couldn't of asked for better service, Carrie, Dina, Chris and Theresa and everyone else there are extremely nice polite and so much patience to everyone, I definitely will return and definitely recommend

Plc was clean it nice to get away from reality for a weekend
