Best thing I can say about the place is the huge speed bumps have been removed. Yes, people speed through... speed limit is never enforced, and having a community pool comes with it's own set of issues but it is a nice place to swim. New owners have the place so I can't comment on how they are to deal with.

This place use to be nice to live in, but now it's going to hell.

This used to be a very nice day friendly community until it was bought by a large company. Now the tenants concerns aren't taken into account and a bad element has begun to move in.

I used to live here. It's a trailer park with nice roads, a pool and a clubhouse. My only complaint was that my neighbors were the worst of the worst with no respect for others and the management there never did anything about it. If management would step it up it would be a great affordable place to live. The other members of the community were good people.

I'm trying to live there it seemed like a really enjoyable place. I was there for about an hour and a half last week and really enjoyed where I was at
