I lived here for 6 years,never had a problem with the landlord,He is a good man and tries to get to maintenance as soon as possible,don't believe these bad reviews.

Great apartments for cheap! Two or three bedrooms. Ray the manager is a character but loveable and sweet. Maintenance is slightly slow but will get done in days of asking If needed. And right across the street from an elementary school, quiet place to live.

Landlord intimidates good neighbors into leaving while protecting the bullies that have ruined this place. One of them was arrested after stealing from and assaulting one of the seniors. Landlord was caught trying to erase the surveillance tape before the cops came!

Landlord protects repeat criminal offenders over the senior and disabled residents.
