Evey time I visit here the manager couple were very nicely answered my questions. I like this place because closer to the Milwaukie Max Station, lots of trees, looks nice neighbors, and and dozens of wild BUNNIES...

Not the best place to live

Very helpful management. Neighbors are nice and keep mostly to themselves. Lots of trees and bunnies around. Animal and kid friendly. They keep up on cleaning up leaves in the winter time. Has a place to do laundry.

Wonderful atmosphere,great product,many plants to choose from, prices are very fair.

I didn't feel safe here. Not very nice looking area. My friends live here and showed me the letters they keep getting about rent increases. They keep raising rents but don't do any upkeep on the property. I visited a friend and was SHOCKED at the condition of the laundry room and community in general. The residents do not have good things to say about the most recent management team to take over. Many elderly here. It's sad to see them so stressed.nnI'm more curious why they are starting new rents hundreds more than previous tenants. I saw the Craigslist ad and decided to review the park from my visit a few weeks back. This place used to be so beautiful.
