Great staff! Great residents! Great lot sizes! Quality Staff and management. If you can find a way to purchase a home within Riverbend, do it!

For a trailer park it's really nice! They even have a pool.... my gal pal loves living here. And it's fun to visit her here. Real nice during the summer time when we chill by the pool!

Clean neighborhood in the Clackamas area! Staff is awesome and very responsive. Keri does an awesome job with tenants. The sales process on buying a new home was amazing and fast! It’s always quiet here and so far everyone is super friendly. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home.
