The people who live here are great, helpful to those who live here when help is needed, more so than management. I've been here since 2017. I like my unit, and know some of my neighbors. People who live here often put on potluck events for the residents, Bingo, etc. I DO NOT like the hefty space fee rent every year. While I purchased my home (no mortgage), the space fee is getting to the point that almost makes it too high to live here. This is bad, particularly on people who have a FIXED income. This is why I give it 3 stars.

Over 55 park, has a nice community center

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of retirees in manufactured homes.

Been here since 2012. Have never had an issue with neighbors or management. Only complaint is the annual raising of the space rent but then again ALL the parks do that whether it's needed by the owners or not. Pool is wonderful and clubhouse is top of the line. Lots of activities

Very nice quiet little community. Cozy homes. Her grandma liked me!
