Clarion Inn & Suites Clackamas - Portland

This hotel and staff went above and beyond! I had surgery that day and when my husband checked in, they were able to get him in a little earlier and made sure everything was there that I needed so that when I was through I could rest easily and comfortably. They put us in a room that was quiet and accessible. Everything was quite clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and considerate of our needs during our stay. Upon checkout, we also saw staff assist an elderly gentleman with great care as he was checking in and giving him access to a room asap. If we are in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. It is convenient to 205, 82nd, restaurants, etc. and we did not lack for anything. Also, they had a great variety of news channels to watch, which is rare for a hotel to offer. Overall, don't expect a luxury resort, but it's a nice place to stay, in a good location, clean, above par, and the staff we encountered deserve five stars!

Just needed a place to sleep on a road trip and this was fine. What I'd expect from a nicer chain hotel. Clean, quiet, big TV, etc. Front staff late at night were friendly.nDue to the pandemic all amenities (gym and pool) were closed as expected.

Just Right! Room is immaculate. They had the BEST, most comfortable, BED ever (wish I could take it home with me)! Staff was very courteous. I will be looking for Clarion Inns for all my travels.

For a 2 star hotel, this place is very nice. The front desk clerks have been helpful, cordial and efficient. The hotel is clean and housekeeping has been acceptable. It is exceptionally covenient for visiting the hospital.

I understand your policy..But my bank statement has yet to reflect my refund (it's been 6 days) this is a scam!!! Not only did your hotel put a 9 month pregnant woman to sleep in her car and myself you haven't even accommodated us with our refund or even a apology to my wife! Your hotel not only took my money you guys tell me tuff luck..I am a navy vet that's served in the service for my country for this hotel to treat a american this way . most hotels I've stayed in either booked me another room or even a breakfast sandwich but nothing from you guys I'll send a review every time I feel a racial situation happens again..I can't understand why my card was not excepted there but my money was taken obviously if my card was not excepted there my money would still be there but it's not !!my bank has notified me that clarion hotel has a pending charge to my account.services were paid for but no service.
