Surf Buggy Bike Shop (Surf City)

Bought a bike from here a few weeks back. The staff is knowledgeable. Prices were fair even for these Covid19 times where bikes are selling quicker than they can be stocked. The bike I bought does not come with a kickstand from the manufacturer which is crazy a 600$ bike doesn’t come with a kick stand. But the manufacturer is to blame not the store. I called the store a few weeks later and they gave me a kickstand for free. Great customer service. They answered all my questions before, during and after the purchase. Recommend this place based off customer service and fair prices.

Tough business to be in during these unusual & challenging times. My heart breaks for all the small businesses struggling to survive. But the employees at Surf Buggy were great!!! 30 miles into a 49 mile ride, my road bike fell over while eating a snack and busted the derailleur and popped the chain under the rear cassette. I was able to MacGyver it well enough to get me on the road, but I couldn’t go over ten mph without the chain popping out of the derailleur and sliding off the cassette. I called the buggy shop after I seemed to have annoyed the guy at the next closest shop for even asking about an emergency repair 30 minutes before close. They were ready to take a look at it and said it was no problem at all. I barely made it to the shop and the two guys there were great. They started working on it as soon as I pulled up and within ten minutes had it all sorted out and only charged for a simple gear tune-up. I’ll certainly be back, thanks guys!

Great service and prices and honest sales people. Great place to buy a bike and accessories. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Bought 4 bikes today
