I ordered 2 Trek mountain bikes for me and my son and product was fulfilled ahead of time. I’m very happy and grateful for this! I love the bikes (Marlin 5 & 6) Gorgeous bike and feels comfortable. I’m looking forward to a nice weather and hit the trails! Costumer service at Bike Gallery (82nd Clackamas ) is excellent! They are very friendly and helpful! A lot of knowledge in what they’re doing! They make you feel comfortable while your there. Respectful and easy to talk. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends. The people here are great. I was going to buy a used bike from someone on another site or find a shop that sold used bikes. After the service I had at bike gallery... I would always recommend them as a place to buy a bike. I’m really happy I bought a bike that fits me and is exactly what I wanted out of a bike.nnGreat job guys! Keep it up!
Theron, Travis, Darren (sp?) are awesome! I traveled all the way from Spokane to get the bike I wanted (dang pandemic bike market), and I was treated like a long time loyal customer. They answered my questions, gave me time and space to think, and were helpful even after I bought the bike. It’s nice to see great customer service isn’t dead!
