The company came to replace my roof. I was told an approximate date for when they would be able to start the project. I get a call a few days before they’re ready for when they’ll be available to put me on the schedule hoping I’ll be available. Thankfully I was. I was told that there would be additional bird blocks installed. When the work was finished, they never installed bird blocks. When I asked about it, Loren (Owner) told me he didn’t feel it was necessary. I read the contract and go figure it says bird blocks IF NECESSARY. Additionally, there was a spot missing on the roof that left wood exposed that I inquired about. I was told this does not affect the roof in any way. I requested material to do it myself and was told that I would be provided the material and it has been over 2 weeks and have not been given any material or an update. To top it off, one of the workers knocked down one of my security cameras while working on the roof. My conclusion, there’s a reason why they charge so little, and this company pretends to be honest, but they are deceitful. Be careful when dealing with this company.

This hast to be 1 of the worst roofing companies around. where the good reviews came from i dont know but this company is terrible, only working 3 hrs a day. Very long process so far. Not happy with the work. 7+ weeks from start date and my roof isnt even close to being done. I Keep getting every excuse in the book on why he cant come and finish. Also very rude to his customers. I DO NOT recommend this company. When or IF he even finishes my roof i will make a change in this review. Please finish my roof!!!

Good quality work, professional follow through. Better scheduling control during rainy weather needed to take advantage of breaks in the weather.

L&N Roofing has done several roofing jobs for us. They do great quality work and are reasonably priced. Loren is good to work with. If we have a roofing job, we call Loren. We no longer bother getting multiple bids from other roofing companies. I would be happy to talk to anyone personally or respond to emails about my positive experiences with L & N Roofing.

Can't get this man to call back or fix the roof. Major leaking. Its under warranty/ contract. Guy showed up looked at it and said he would be back to place a tarp on the roof. That's the last time we saw him. And talked to him.
