Hector responded to our inquiry very quickly. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived right on time. His estimate was very good and we scheduled the job for two weeks later. Hector and his crew were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job on the roof as well as cleanup, Within two weeks (as promised) he returned to apply the treatment and once again, left our property spotless. He does excellent work at a fair price and is very honest about the scope and costs of the job. I highly recommend Bull Mountain Roofing.nnUPDATE — We just had strong winds and several shingles flew off our roof. I called Hector and he sent someone out that very day to do the repairs. And... there was no charge. Now, THAT’S SERVICE!!!
They did a job for us fixing the chimney. Five months later we had a leaknand we called Hector. He came out and fixed it. Then he showed me pictures he took on the roof, it was not the actually chimney that leaked but a nearby area. He fixed it anyway, for free. He was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond.
Hector was very friendly and professional. His crew did my roof in 4-5 days (pretty steep and complicated). They cleaned up very well around the house and the crew was very friendly. We love our new roof and it looks great (only time will tell if everything is good from an installation perspective). Could have give 5 stars if communication was a bit better (hard to get Hector, he is a busy person).
Hector and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, competitive, and easy to work with. There was one breakdown in communication, and our attic had debris from the old shake demolition, but they came back and cleaned it up, no problem. Truly, it's worth giving Hector a call and get a quote.
