Exterior Care Pdx just completed the installation of our new roof. Miguel was very responsive and competitive with the pricing. He was professional and communicative from start to finish. The crew is very friendly and works hard. Upon completion, the job site is cleaner than before they started. I wish all contractors were this good.

We had a new roof installed. Every aspect of the installation was easy. The pricing was competitive with other bids, the installation started on the date they committed to and they worked on my project until it was completely finished. Any question I had was answered with a call back in minutes. The crew was friendly and very professional. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

We had a new roof and four skylights installed. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. A new roof wasn't something we were planning on but Miguel made us feel more comfortable about choosing his company with every multiple question phone call we had for him in the lead up. They just finished today - Miguel's team were a pleasure to have around, the roof looks beautiful, and it's so clean you can't even tell they were here. Couldn't recommend them anymore! Exterior Care PDX Inc. completed our new roof installation on 8/14/20 and I'm writing this review on 11/11/20. Yes this has been a while. I don't like to write reviews but Miguel and his team at Exterior Care PDX Inc. did such a great job that I needed to write one!nnMiguel had given us a quote for a new roof installation that was valid for 30 days from the time of our roofing inspection. With the rise in cost of materials and our closing date being pushed past the 30 days, Miguel was kind enough to honor our original quote even it had already expired. This saved us a lot of money. Miguel was prompt with his communication and was very thorough with explaining everything to us.nnThe new roofing installation went smoothly from start to finish. The workers arrived on time each day and completed the entire job earlier than expected. They even repaired one of our loosely hanging gutter which we didn't ask them to do but was appreciated. Talk about above and beyond service! We're very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend Exterior Care PDX Inc! Thanks Miguel!
