Aspen Exteriors

Our condo association contracted with Aspen for a complete siding reclad. This project included some roofing, masonry work, removing the old siding, preping and installing the new siding, and finished painting. Our experience was that they performed extremely well and we are more than satisfied. Several post-construction issues have surfaced and Aspen has been on the ball and remedied the issues within a day or two. They provide an internal quality check in addition to working in concert with Western Arch., who established the scope of the work.nnI was the on-site representative for our association working almost daily with the construction foreman. Aspen's attention to detail was again excellent. They are a responsive, trustworthy, and capable company. I recommend them completely, and would not hesitate to contract with them again.

Aspen Exteriors was hired to reside and repaint 90+ units in my Tigard homeowners community. Painting the new hand railings on our front porch steps was one of the last tasks in this huge project. They painted my porch railings in Oct on a cold, rainy day and of course, the paint peeled and blistered the following year. Numerous other owners also had their porch railings suffer the same consequence. Even though the paint failed within the first year, they refuse to honor our warranty and have not even responded to my Better Business Bureau's complaint. I'm very upset so wish to spread the word about their very, poor business practice and customer service.
