I live in a very forested area and we had a tree limb fall thru our roof and punture a hole. I called the elements emergency line to get someone out to seal it so that i could get it repaired. once the repair time came around i expected a simple patch job but, i couldnt even tell anything happened in the end. They repaired the dry wall and all.
During a rain storm recently i noticed a wet spot on my ceiling. It was about 9pm when i noticed so i called the Elements emergnecy line and within two hrs i had a technician on my roof locating and closing the leak.
We recently had an emergency leak in our family room and we called elements to adress the issue. after a technician came out to temp the leak, i got on te roof with the owner and we found black mold on the surface over my daughter room and they quickly adressed it fixed and we have no more leaks.
