My friend lives here. It is a clean and quiet place. You have to be 55 + yrs old to live here and there are guidelines kind of like having a HOA.

My grandparents have resided here for many years.

Clean, peaceful community.

Poor management. Manager blew dirt all over my clean car and when confronted about it said tough luck. I'm working. No wonder so many residents are selling in this park.

Nicole and Todd are the best. I mean really the best. they've been so patient with me and they have done amazing things with the park.they spent nearly two and a half hours with me tonight walking through a couple of properties just two that I felt good about decisions that I was making. You cannot ask for anybody better than these two! Park is quiet and clean and everything you want. ud83eudde1
