Eldorado Mobile Villas

It's like any other senior mobile home park. Quiet, clean. No pool or hot tub because of Covid.nI do believe these parks should all have a swim spa or heated pool. Swimming is very good for older people. Heck any age.

My mom lives here. They continue to raise the lot rent while their other property Royal Villa has considerations re: rent increases. Example, Eldorado's rent went up June 1. The club house and all amenities are closed and have been closed due to Covid-19 for about 2 months. This company has not offered any adjustments to residents - instead they're getting a rent increase. While at Royal Villa, if the club house is still closed their rent increase will be delayed until operations are back to normal.nnWhen my mom initially moved in - water was included in their space rent - it hasn't been for years - the park gets the water bill and then each resident is charged a portion of the parks overall water expense. This includes the water used to maintain the grounds, pressure wash side walks, fill the pool etc. This place has had pipes burst - the residents get no relief - they pay for the wasted water as the company band aid fixes things.
