A very welcome place to rest our heads after a day of touring homes in the area. Super comfortable beds, the rooms were excellently clean and spotless. Beautifully decorated and superb staff. And so thankful they accept pets; they were so very welcoming to my pup and I. Thank you! Highly recommended!

There was a refrigerator in the room where we stored food but then noticed that it wasn't cooling. Because of the virus we assumed no one would come to fix it. After 3 days I mentioned it to the front desk. He told me that the wooden cabinet door that closes in the front of the refrigerator needed to be open or the fridge wouldn't work. With the door open it was in the way of going to the bathroom. Huh? This was really a step down for the Hilton I used to know. PS staff was top notch.

Simply the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff gets a 10 out of 10. Pandemic and everything else going on. The staff was still on top of everything. Thank you hilton

The biggest reason that I give this hotel the review that I have is that we typically stay at another hotel in town, but we chose this one specifically because I had contacted them ahead of time and they had confirmed that their pool was open during Covid. They said that they were allowing people to reserve time slots and then cleaning the pool inbetween. I talked to them ahead of time to confirm this and had specifically booked this hotel because of the pool facilities for my little girl. When we arrived to check in we asked about reserving the pool and they said that we could reserve it, however they didn't recommend it because their pool heater was broken. This was HUGELY disappointing because that was the ONLY reason that we had booked this hotel instead of our regular hotel in town. The hotel was clean, it seemed that they were taking covid seriously and taking extra precautions. But honestly, it was extremely disappointing to hear about the pool situation since we had booked there for it, talked to them ahead of time, and promised our daughter she would get to play in the pool.
