Terrible customer service. Front desk employees will blame your for their mistake and you will never see your money back 2nd bad experience at Holliday inn. Never again.
Older design but still a nice hotel. Staff is super nice.
Can't even answer the phones (building nor IHG reward line). And lie about prices (just like every other hotel)
Very rude, I reserved a room after working a 16 hr shift in Lake Oswego and did not feel safe driving home only to arrive and be told they can not accept my card due to it not having a chip. Well if it was not acceptable then why was it accepted when I booked it he room online. If there was a no star option I would have chosen that.
