Doesn’t even deserve one star. Sent my daughter to pick up bikes and he was nothing short of rude. Told her there were no bikes when she called the night before.

Doesn't get better! Received a beautiful bike that was impossible to find anywhere else. The customer service alone was unbelievable!! SIC Cruisers is now the only bike shop I will go to!!

My mountain bike rear tire was flat over the past three weeks. Twice they replaced the tube and made snide comments to my son about why the tire was flat, referencing that it was his fault. This morning when i went to go for a bike ride, the same tire was flat again! If it's the tube or the tire, at what point would the bike store be able to fix the issue rather than just keep charging to fix something that doesn't resolve the issue.nYou're better off taking your bike elsewhere.nIn response to the owners comments:nMy bike was not in for a tune-up. My bike was brought in for a flat tire, brought home, and the very next day had a flat.nI think the owners comments are telling of how this store treats its customers.
