Rite Aid

The woman who goes by the name Gail on her name tag was so incredibly rude. she makes this place look bad and i will not be returning. Other employees are good but i feel bad for any of them working with her. Be welcoming next time to the rite aid and not be cocky.

I live a half mile from this rite aid. I wont go there again. I am a diabled vet and my wife was just in a car accident. She does not have insurance rite now. So i went in to get prices for the prescriptions my wife was given. I was helped promptly and then sat to wait. Only a minute later i hear her helping the drive thru. So i politely asked why she started helping the other person. She said nothing and kept right on helping the other person. I then began to get angry. I said forget it. You are very rude, ill take my business elsewhere. The pharmacist was very rude and also the older woman with alot of make on was very rude. My family and friends near by will be informed. Thank you.

Don’t go in the drive-thru bc nobody ever waits on you or notices you !!!!!!!! They need more employees for pharmacy instead of one person on weekends.. SMH

I love this rite aide!! The 1st time I went there to have my persrciptions filled, Lona was the pharmacist on duty! I have to say SHE IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I still go there and I refer ALL of my family and friends! There's nothing like mom and pop kind of customer service! Like Lona, from the 1st day remembered my name and even if I have to call there she knows me by my voice! I CANT SAY Enough wonderful things about all whomnwork there! Always friendly as well as helpful! THEY TAKE THE TIME to answer all yourquestions and concerns! I'm proud to say Rite aide on cross keys andnJohnson Road is my pharmacy!! I go NO WHERE ELSE for my persrciptio
