The most caring, respectful professionals. I have been to many other pharmacys but none as here. Yes they are busy but we are treated with a heart, if you have any question it is answered, if not they will try to find the answer. The staff is also great. We are treated like family. I asked for change for 20 after I spent over 30 in this store and the lady with black hair looks Rican told me no and said what do I want her to do open the register back up but there was people in the line and she could've gabe me change after the register opened back up mind you I have my 5 year old kid with me last time I checked when you work you don't get smart with the customers regardless but what do you expect when you're in Kensington and the workers are GHETTTTO

Definitely one of the best pharmacies I've ever come across. The pharmacists, Alaa and Mariela, are phenomenal. They always go out of their way to help the customers, and are very dedicated to their jobs. The rest of the staff is also friendly and welcoming. Never had a problem here.

Stephanie at the pharmacy counter told me I cannot do cash back she lied to me. she was not friendly or courteous. she did not try to accommodate me. My family will not be come back to this rite aid for anything.

I went in to purchase cigarettes today & they refused to accept a valid passport as identification which is acceptable then they refused to let me speak to a manager. May have to call corporate on them and these 2 employees were rude to me as well.
