Not fun shopping in a mask but the sale is great!

Just shopped at REI for outer rainwear/gear/shoes and received really helpful guidance and assistance from Sarah and Patrick. The store clearly cares about safety/protection of staff and customers during the pandemic - with signs indicating surfaces that have been cleaned where customers sit to try on merchandise. This store obviously trains its staff to be cordial, engaged, and informed. Kudos to the manager and all the staff.

The best location I've been to in the Northwest. Everything is fully stocked and well-organized. For non-Oregon residents - this is the place to shop and save as there is no sales tax!

Great selection of products for outside activities. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, inviting showroom. All this comes at a price though. Products are not cheap.

REI is a fantastic place. The staff are super helpful and equally friendly. Their safety measures insure everyone feels safe and comfortable during this pandemic.
