Great store! Patient managers w returns and kind folks who like to help, this is a great franchise location and much more accessible (to me) than the store in Washington Square. Just make sure to take the 2nd driveway to get in and out to BoonesFerry Rd. The first driveway always gets backed up w Starbuck's traffic :)

I internet ordered two kayaks one blue and one tan, the tan is hard to find in that particular brand. I had to drive two hours from home to pick up from the only store in the area that carried the kayak in the tan color. Thanks to COVID I used the curbside pick up. They loaded the two kayaks wrapped in bubble wrap. Well when I got home and looked at them, a day later they were both blue. I called and of course they are sold out of the tan. Manager was nice enough and is promising to send a gift card. But just like the drive through at a fast food, I got f**ked at the drive through. You had one job Dick’s!

Friendly staff, pointed me in the right direction within 10 seconds of being in the store. After I got what I went in for I found a staff member and asked a question about another department that they were unable to answer. I was escorted to that section and they found another employee that was able to answer all my questions.nGreat selection for anything sports related!

Great service and awesome selection. Very dependable.

CEO Edward Stack removed firearms and hunting gear and thus lost my business. I will never ever shop at this store ever again I hope they go bankrupt honestly.
