One of the nicest teams of people in the pharmacy industry. You're very kind, informative, and I hope you always stay in business. I appreciate people like you very much in this day and age. Your delivery people are always so friendly and kind. Thank you for everything you do!

It takes weeks to get any prescriptions and you have to bug them multiple times to get it. Don’t bother trying to call them as not even other pharmacies can get through or reach anyone. They have nice people but heaven forbid the script be something crucial or life threatening to not have. They will act like it’s all set to go then when you remind them of the delivery they say “oh we don’t have it in stock it’ll take a week” or “oh we don’t have any drivers till Friday and it’s Monday afternoon”. Don’t waste your time. I don’t know how anyone rates this company with more than two stars as it’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been with.

Medly Pharmacy immediately established contact with me as soon as they received my prescription order. When the delivery date was not compatible with my availability they rescheduled an early date to accommodate my need. Excellent service and job well done! I look forward to using them again.nThank you

What a great pharmacy! I just had my first delivery and am so impressed. From the time of the doctor ordering to the time of delivery, Medly was in contact with me. I also received notifications from the driver as they were on their way and also arriving at my house. The driver was super nice, too. I look forward to using them for refills

So far, not a good experience. I am new to Medley, was excited about potential savings. However, it's difficult to speak to someone, you must leave a message. I received a call back regarding a prescription, then Rep said she needed to speak with billing and would need to call me back again. I would expect them to be ready for payment before they call me the first time, but ok. Rep confirmed to call me back on my phone. Then, I don't receive a call back, my wife does on her phone (a different number), with a lengthy message which requires me to call back again, and wait for another returned call. Very unorganized and convoluted process. Not worth the potential savings.
