Hi Philadelphia! I recommend the team at Trek Philly without reservations. I wanted to get my vintage Klein Attitude mountain bike restored, upgraded, and retrofitted to a one-by-nine. Phil and his team were excited about the project and did a great job detailing and servicing the bike, and providing new parts and the drive chain retrofit. The Klein now looks stunning. Gear ratios are excellent, new braking system flawless, and it rides incredibly smooth, and they also shaved off a pound of parts, cables, etc.. This shop is awesome to include both sales and bike service. I bought my bike in the middle of the pandemic and this shop hooked me up good both during the buying process and after. It’s clear that they value you as a customer and ensuring you make the most of your biking experience. I have done various upgrades to my bike as well as adding accessories and the staff were great with providing their expert advice. I would highly recommend purchasing your bike from Trek Center City. The owner was nice enough to lend me a bike helmet and he wouldn’t even let me pay for the rental. Really super dude and the store itself was a nice big open store with smiling employees (under their masks) and plenty of bikes and accessories. Check them out. I believe his name was Jeff.
