Envision Property Maintenance

I live out of state. My Oregon home was in very bad need of roof and gutter maintenance. Envision was hired because of a very high degree of professionalism and communications from the start. Once the project began, they went out of their way to do it right. They provided us photos and a narrative report of what was found. Extremely happy with service from initial contact to invoice.

I engaged Envision to clean my home's gutters/downspouts; inspect the roof and apply a moss treatment; clean 26 windows/frames/sills; and power wash the patio, front porch, driveway for a 2-car garage, and sidewalks. In other words, the works!nnI couldn't be more pleased and everything was done in one day. The windows/frames sparkle. The concrete looks like new with no divots or damage to the corners. Dan and Colin were very careful with the placement of the ladders so there are no dents or damage to the gutters or siding.nnWhen the job was done, all I had to do was enjoy. Thank you, Envision, for such superior service - it's a rare thing.

Envision Property Maintenance was hired to power wash and roof treat. Michael was very thorough when setting up the project and the estimate was fair. He was also very understanding when we had to postpone the project for a bit however when I we were ready get it going, he went out of his way to book the day that worked the best for us. The men that came to do the work were courteous, listened to my concerns and made sure it was done well. They did a great job!!! Will definitely use them in the future for other projects. Thanks.

They came out and cleaned my gutters and pressure washed our driveway. They were hard working, and professional. Will use them again!
